Every project tells a story, and this one had all the right ingredients—youthful energy, professional finesse, and just the right amount of creative play. A Lahore-based travel agency approached us to revamp their office space, looking for a fresh, engaging vibe for their semi-public areas while maintaining a more mature, executive outlook where needed.

From the very start, the client wanted their space to feel lively yet functional, especially considering that a major chunk of their clientele was students. The reception, client waiting area, consultant desks, and meeting rooms needed to feel inviting, a place where young travelers could step in and instantly feel excited about their next adventure. On the other hand, executive offices and the conference room called for a refined, grounded ambiance—something that spoke of experience, trust, and long-term vision.

From Sketches to Reality

We kicked things off with rough conceptual sketches, piecing together ideas and possibilities. The client was kept in the loop at every step, making this a truly collaborative journey. From initial doodles to polished 3D visuals and technical designs, every element was fine-tuned to create a space that not only looked great but also worked seamlessly for their daily operations.

Playing with Colors & Flow

With their brand colors leading the way, we crafted a palette that flowed naturally through different sections of the office. Instead of overwhelming the space, we strategically introduced two to three accent walls per area, giving a visual pop without making it feel overdone. This approach kept the workspace exciting for employees while offering a fresh and welcoming feel for visiting clients.

Breaking the monotony of straight lines, we played with curves, mesh patterns, and semi-partitions to keep things visually dynamic. One of the standout features was the glass walls wrapped with patterned stickers, a subtle yet effective way to add depth while maintaining a sense of openness.

Where Modern Meets Classic

While the overall theme leaned modern, the executive offices and conference room took a different route. Rich wall paneling, vintage furniture, and textured rugs introduced an old-world charm that balanced out the contemporary aesthetic. This blend wasn’t just about style—it reflected the agency’s essence. As Future Advisors, they weren’t just about today’s trends but also about long-term wisdom and experience.

A Partnership Beyond One Project

What made this project even more special was the client’s appreciation for the journey, not just the end result. Their enthusiasm went beyond this office revamp—they started consulting us on colors and patterns for their other spaces too. It’s always rewarding to work with clients who trust the process and enjoy the creative ride with us.

At the end of the day, this wasn’t just another office—it became a space where creativity, ambition, and professionalism coexist effortlessly. And for us, it was a reminder of why we love doing what we do.
